Dearest Realers,

  I am very sad that you chose to play yesterday instead of give it your very best.  We will do it all over again today with the expectations of doing your personal best.  I don't expect perfect, but I do expect YOUR personal best.  I do expect you to take ownership of the classroom and help it run without me.  YOU are capable of doing more.  Now show us!
