Dearest Realers,
My voice is gone today. I will have the leaders in the room help me speak. I will have those who start the quiet signal, lead in that way so that I don't have to get your attention. I will use a lot of post its and write on the dry erase board if I need to tell you a lot.
It is actually going to be really cool to see you lead yourselves.
